Roles and Responsibilities
As a Software Engineering Intern, you will be a key contributor to the design, development, and operation of scalable cloud platform services. You will be involved in building tools, frameworks, and automation that enable development teams to deliver secure, reliable, and efficient software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines across multiple public cloud regions
- Build and maintain platform services supporting SaaS solutions
- Develop automation tools to reduce manual effort and improve delivery speed
- Ensure platform services are highly available, performant, and secure
- Monitor services and infrastructure using metrics and alerting systems
- Contribute to DevOps and deployment processes
- Integrate services with AWS, Azure, and GCP
Basic Qualifications
- Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and platforms
- Knowledge of building low-latency, high-availability applications
- Ability to design and develop automation tools
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices and DevOps tooling
- Hands-on experience or coursework related to public cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Passion for innovation, automation, and improving developer experience
Eligibility
Education Requirement: Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline

The team is responsible for developing and operating core cloud infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, and operational efficiency for our SaaS offerings. These platforms support public and hybrid cloud-based solutions built on Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform, serving public safety customers worldwide.
