Motorola is hiring Junior DevOps Engineer

Job Role Overview
As a Junior DevOps Engineer, you will be an essential part of the IT operations team, collaborating with Cloud Operations, development, QA, and IT teams. This entry-level position focuses on assisting in automation, deployment processes, and maintaining infrastructure to ensure optimal system performance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for development projects.
• Manage version control systems like Git and coordinate code merges and deployments.
• Work with containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) under guidance.
• Monitor cloud and on-premise infrastructure using tools like Nagios, Grafana, or AWS CloudWatch.
• Contribute to developing automation scripts and tools for operational tasks.
• Collaborate with the development team to resolve build or deployment issues.
• Follow best practices in system administration, security, and code deployment.
• Maintain system documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Evaluate new technologies and assist in improving deployment processes.
• Support the management of virtual servers, databases, and other cloud or on-prem resources.

Eligibility
Batch: Open to 2024 graduates.
Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related fields.
