A Day in the Life

This is a temporary position supporting teams within service groups, product groups, and project groups.

• Perform and support research activities for assigned teams.
• Assist in the development, monitoring, coordination, and implementation of non-technical projects.
• Provide analysis, reporting, and internal communication support to team members.
• Develop understanding of organizational and industry processes.
• Support administrative and clerical activities within the office support career stream.

Differentiating Factors

Autonomy: Entry-level role requiring little to no previous experience. Work involves defined administrative and clerical tasks carried out under supervision.

Organizational Impact: Contributes to daily objectives with limited impact on broader business outcomes. Responsibilities follow established procedures and standard outputs.

Innovation and Complexity: Provides data and information support where small adjustments may be needed after review. Problems encountered are routine with prescribed solutions.
