The Dispute Resolution BizOps team is seeking a Site Reliability focused engineer who enjoys solving complex problems and building automation. This role contributes to developing CI/CD pipelines, improving DevOps practices, and supporting automation initiatives across engineering teams.
Business Operations acts as the production readiness steward for the platform. The team partners closely with developers to design, build, implement, and support technology services while ensuring operational standards such as availability, performance, capacity planning, monitoring, and automated deployments.
The team focuses on operational excellence by improving day to day service reliability, identifying root causes during incidents, and strengthening systems through proactive engineering practices. BizOps also supports risk management and compliance across environments while helping standardize support activities and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Another key responsibility is aligning product priorities with operational needs. Continuous review of application performance and operational data helps provide feedback to development teams and improves the overall customer experience.
