The Dispute Resolution BizOps team is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer who can help address operational challenges, strengthen CI/CD pipelines, and advance DevOps automation and best practices. The role suits individuals who enjoy problem solving, automation, and improving engineering processes.
Business Operations drives the DevOps transformation within Mastercard by providing tooling and advocating consistent standards across development, quality, release, and product teams. Team members collaborate closely with different stakeholders to prioritize needs, strengthen systems, and build reliable operational processes.
Business Operations acts as the production readiness steward for the platform. Engineers partner with developers to design, implement, and support technology services while ensuring operational standards such as availability, capacity, performance monitoring, deployment automation, and self-healing systems are integrated throughout the delivery lifecycle.
The team supports daily operations with a strong focus on triage and root cause analysis while understanding the business impact of products.
