
Genpact is seeking a dedicated Management Trainee - Collections to join our team and contribute to efficient accounts receivable management. In this role, you will be at the forefront of handling deduction, dispute, and collection processes, ensuring accurate reconciliation and timely resolution of financial discrepancies.
As part of our dynamic operations team, you will manage invoice collections, identify and resolve disputes, reconcile accounts, handle credit balance dispositions, and administer unclaimed property processes. You will liaise with customers, sales teams, and internal departments to gather essential documentation, track open deductions, and minimize financial impact through proactive resolution strategies.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP. You will also demonstrate expertise in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, and have a solid understanding of tax-related activities.
