Kaleris is Hiring Associate AI Engineer | Fresher | 11.6LPA

Job Description:
As an Associate AI Engineer at Kaleris, you will work alongside senior engineers to support the creation of Generative AI (GenAI) agents and AI-driven workflows. You will contribute to prompt design and optimization for Large Language Models (LLMs), integrate vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques, and assist with testing, documentation, and deployment of AI solutions. Your role will also involve participating in brainstorming sessions, developing internal automation tools, and keeping up to date with emerging AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing GenAI agents and AI-based workflows under guidance of senior engineers
• Create, refine, and evaluate prompts for LLMs and other generative AI systems
• Work on integrating vector databases and RAG for enhanced knowledge retrieval
• Contribute to documentation, testing, and deployment of AI solutions
• Participate in collaborative team meetings and share ideas
• Help develop automation tools to improve internal processes
• Stay updated on new AI and cloud technologies through training and research

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or final year) in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
• Proficiency in Python; familiarity with JavaScript, Java, or C is a plus
• Foundational understanding of GenAI concepts such as LLMs, RAG, and agent workflows
• Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms and Git version control
• Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn

Preferred Qualifications:

• Practical experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Exposure to LangChain, vector databases, and basics of web development
• Participation in AI/ML research, hackathons, or open-source projects
• Relevant certifications in cloud or AI technologies
