Role Overview
We are seeking a Junior Automation Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong Python programming skills, a solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles, and experience in project structuring. You will be responsible for developing and supporting Blue Prism RPA processes, delivering high-quality Python applications using modern frameworks and libraries.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Python-based automation solutions.
- Implement and support Blue Prism RPA processes.
- Troubleshoot and debug Python applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver automation projects.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, project structuring, and asynchronous programming.
Mandatory Skills
- Proficiency in Python 3.x
- Strong understanding of OOP principles
- Experience in project structuring and asynchronous programming
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Blue Prism development
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
- Containerization using Docker
- Data preprocessing techniques
- Backend development with frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, FastAPI
