About the Role
Jump Trading is looking for a Campus Tech Ops Engineer Intern to join our Mumbai office. As a member of the global Technology Operations team, you will support the deployment, maintenance, and monitoring of high-performance systems and trading infrastructure. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology, enjoy solving challenging problems, and want to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on technical support to trading floors and backend operations
- Assist in configuring, installing, and maintaining hardware and software systems
- Monitor infrastructure and application performance, ensuring system reliability
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise
- Participate in hardware and software rollouts and upgrades
- Maintain documentation for systems and procedures
- Collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment
- Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies
Technical Skills Required

Eligibility
- Batch: 2025 graduates or final-year students eligible for internship opportunities
- Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or equivalent disciplines
