About the Role

Jump Trading is looking for a Campus Tech Ops Engineer Intern to join our Mumbai office. As a member of the global Technology Operations team, you will support the deployment, maintenance, and monitoring of high-performance systems and trading infrastructure. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology, enjoy solving challenging problems, and want to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support to trading floors and backend operations
• Assist in configuring, installing, and maintaining hardware and software systems
• Monitor infrastructure and application performance, ensuring system reliability
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise
• Participate in hardware and software rollouts and upgrades
• Maintain documentation for systems and procedures
• Collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment
• Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies
