Job Information
The candidate should possess 0 to 1 year of experience within the Telecom/ISP domain, along with a basic understanding of telecom standards and protocols. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is also required. Strong coordination skills and a logical approach are essential for this role.
Key responsibilities include delivering services for international customers and managing OLO (Other Licensed Operator) deliveries. This involves coordinating with suppliers for service delivery and ensuring all installation functions are performed promptly to meet agreed SLAs. The role also requires performing escalation management when necessary, especially if a project is at risk. Effective customer communications and keeping customers informed (KCIs) are crucial. The team member will ensure customer-end service readiness and manage orders end-to-end for smooth delivery. This also includes coordinating with suppliers and securing field resources for priority orders, following the established escalation matrix. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.
