Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate Java Developer Fresher/Intern to join our dynamic R&D team in the healthcare domain. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or interns eager to begin their careers in software development.
Work Mode & Shift
- Mode: Hybrid
- Shift: Day Shift (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
- Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to design and architecture discussions, translating product requirements into documented designs.
- Develop applications using Core Java, JSP, Servlet, Tomcat, SQL Server, JavaScript/jQuery, CSS, and Spring MVC framework.
- Work on multi-threading, file handling, and Restful web services.
- Assist in software maintenance tasks including bug fixes and customer-driven feature development.
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Support and mentor junior developers when required.
Mandatory Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- Proficiency in Core Java, JSP, Servlet, Tomcat, SQL Server, JavaScript/jQuery, CSS.
- Knowledge of multi-browser application handling.
- Understanding of enterprise application design patterns and scalable architecture.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Quick learner with adaptability to new technologies.
