Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated Analyst – PDS Intern to join our Bengaluru office. This internship offers hands-on experience in applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation to digitize and streamline business processes in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and propose AI-driven solutions for process improvement within PDS.
- Prototype applications and automation tools using Python, SQL, and low code/no code platforms such as Power Apps, Mendix, and AppSheet.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process challenges and translate them into technical requirements.
- Perform data extraction, cleaning, and analysis to support automation initiatives.
- Document solutions and processes for knowledge sharing and future development.
- Participate in agile sprints, team meetings, and project discussions.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in AI, automation, and digital transformation relevant to real estate and project management.
Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation.
- Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis and database management.
- Experience or strong interest in low code/no code app development.
- Familiarity with AI concepts and libraries such as scikit-learn or TensorFlow.
- Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and creativity.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
