Job Description

Intel is hiring an Administrative Assistant to support administrative operations across teams. The role involves helping maintain smooth day to day activities and contributing to efficient coordination within a fast moving work environment.

You will assist teams and leadership with organization, communication, and documentation tasks. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities will help ensure operations run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to teams and leadership, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Prepare and coordinate materials for presentations, reports, and meetings while meeting deadlines.
  • Organize and track information, maintaining accurate documentation and filing systems.
  • Work with cross functional teams to coordinate logistics and support internal initiatives.
  • Monitor operational workflows and suggest improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Assist with hiring trackers, expense reporting, and procurement related processes when required.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to manage complex schedules and handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

  • Experience supporting administrative functions in fast paced work environments.
  • Ability to collaborate with teams and communicate effectively across departments.

Work Model

This role requires on site presence at the Bangalore location.
