This is not a sales role. You'll guide, educate, and empower clients to make informed insurance decisions without cold calling or sales quotas.
Life as a Ditto Advisor
- No sales targets — focus on quality service.
- No prior insurance experience required — two-month training provided.
- Communicate only with clients who have booked appointments.
Who We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Comfortable using digital tools.
- Persuasive ability to guide clients toward smart decisions.
Choose Your Advisory Path
Team Falcon
Engage in deep, meaningful one-on-one client calls. Working hours: 10 am–8 pm with breaks. Ideal for communicators who enjoy explaining complex ideas.
Team Bliss
Provide advice primarily via WhatsApp chats, with optional calls. Shift options: 10 am–7 pm or 12 pm–9 pm. Perfect for those who excel in concise written communication.
