Trainee Engineer
This position supports digitalization initiatives within the organization. The role focuses on assisting with digital solutions, data analysis, and collaboration with internal teams to enhance processes and services.
Your Role
Key responsibilities in this position include:
- Support the digitalization team in implementing and maintaining digital solutions and related processes.
- Assist with the development, testing, and deployment of digital products and services.
- Contribute to data analysis, reporting, and visualization to help inform business decisions.
- Provide administrative assistance for digitalization projects, including coordination, communication, and documentation.
- Help create and maintain digital content such as blog posts, social media updates, and website materials.
- Participate in identifying and prioritizing digitalization opportunities and initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and help design suitable solutions.
Your Profile
- Academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in digitalization and modern technology.
- Basic familiarity with digital tools and platforms such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and project management software.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability.
- Good communication and teamwork skills with the ability to manage tasks independently.
- Familiarity with data analysis or visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Optional: basic programming knowledge in Python, JavaScript, or HTML/CSS.
- Optional: experience in digital content creation including blogging, social media management, or video production.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
