This position follows a hybrid work model, with employees expected to work from an HPE office approximately two days per week.

Role Overview
The Compute team at HPE develops workload-optimized platforms, solutions, and services that power edge-to-cloud infrastructure. These technologies support supercomputing capabilities and enable organizations to modernize systems, solve complex challenges, and unlock new opportunities through purpose-built infrastructure and software.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop code and implement enhancements, updates, and modifications for portions and subsystems of systems software including operating systems, compilers, networking tools, utilities, databases, and internet-related applications.
- Execute predefined testing plans and protocols for assigned code modules, identify issues, log defects, and assist in debugging.
- Build working relationships with internal teams and external development partners involved in system design and software development.
- Participate in project teams alongside other software engineers and development partners to deliver reliable, cost-effective, and high-quality solutions for low to moderately complex products.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Typically 0 to 2 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge and Skills
- Familiarity with software systems design tools and programming languages.
- Understanding of software design principles for systems operating across multiple platforms.
- Basic knowledge of testing, coding, and debugging practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and the local language.
Additional Technical Exposure
- Cloud architectures and distributed computing concepts.
- Development fundamentals and DevOps practices.
- Microservices architecture and full stack development.
- Testing, automation, and solution design.
- Security-focused development practices and user experience considerations.
