- Create and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), while ensuring data accuracy.
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and monitor the effectiveness of improvements.
- Support process improvement initiatives by assisting with project plans, timelines, and budget tracking.
- Interact with customers and stakeholders to understand concerns and help refine processes that improve satisfaction.
- Use business applications to prepare analysis and reports that assist with operational decision making.
