Honeywell is seeking a motivated and talented Software Engineer I to join our team in Pune. Key Responsibilities
- Participate in software requirements gathering and design discussions
- Develop and implement robust software architecture and code
- Handle software integration activities
- Contribute to product certification processes
- Write and execute software test cases
- Define and develop new features
- Provide technical customer support
- Perform software verification and validation tasks
Candidate Requirements
Mandatory:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) from an accredited institution
Preferred Skills and Attributes:
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles
- Proven ability to develop high-quality, efficient software solutions
- Familiarity with software configuration and change management tools
- Ability to collaborate effectively in diverse and global teams
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Willingness to learn and apply new technologies quickly
- Demonstrated decision-making ability even under complex conditions
- Clear and concise communication of complex technical concepts
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages
