Honeywell is Hiring Chemical Engineer I (Gurugram) | Hybrid

Job Purpose

This role provides engineering support to develop industry-leading technology and catalysts. You will support proposal and basic engineering work, assist client training and commissioning, improve design methods, and investigate plant performance issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out process engineering design work following JM-Honeywell standards and procedures, to schedule and budget as advised by the Lead Engineer, Technology Manager or Project Manager.
• Prepare and take responsibility for the accuracy of detailed calculations, process engineering datasheets and drawings that specify the process requirements of our technologies.
• Stay current with the latest technical developments in your areas of expertise.
• Propose and develop suitable technical solutions for specific project issues.
• Support internal development and continuous improvement activities as required.
• Take a proactive approach to your personal and professional development.
• Make sure JM-Honeywell health, safety, environmental and quality procedures are followed and a high standard of safety is maintained in all related work.
• Identify department and business improvement opportunities that enhance the departmental offering.
• Give clear, competitive technical advice to internal and external customers and suppliers, and seek consultation when needed.
• Broaden your technical and commercial understanding of JM-Honeywell technologies.
• Achieve and maintain chartered status with a recognised engineering body.
