Job Description

As an R&D Engr/Scientist I at Honeywell, you will carry out research and development work that supports the creation of new solutions. You will apply your technical knowledge in areas such as materials science, electronics, sensors, controls, or related fields to help develop new technologies and products.

In this role, you will contribute to the technological advancement and strategic growth of Honeywell through ideation, conceptualization, and prototyping. You will work with internal and external partners to share expertise and resources, making sure R&D projects meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and Honeywell's quality and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support research and development projects
• Conduct experiments, simulations, and analyses to contribute to the development of new technologies and products
• Assist in the ideation and prototyping of innovative solutions
• Analyze data and present findings to stakeholders
• Contribute to the improvement of R&D processes and best practices

Qualifications

You must have:

• 0+ years of experience performing research and development projects within a technology or manufacturing environment
• Strong background in areas such as materials science, electronics, sensors, controls, or related fields
