Base Location: Vadodara

Job Profile: Field Service Engineer - I

The engineer will attend customer calls and visit sites for preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) activities as needed. The role involves keeping mission critical systems running at plants, so the engineer should be ready to respond to emergencies.

• Travel to customer sites (more than 60%) and stay as long as required, with short notice travel possible. Availability on mobile 24x7 is expected.
• Spend about 40% of time on documentation and report preparation.
• Follow Honeywell HSE policies and other mandatory compliance requirements.
• Keep technical skills current by completing trainings assigned by the superior.
• Build, develop and maintain customer relationships through effective customer management.
• Execute service projects and migrations, which may require long stays at customer sites.

Other Mandatory Conditions

1. A locking period of 36 months from the date of joining.
2. Willingness to work as a Site Support Specialist (Resident Support Engineer) at different locations across Gujarat.

Preferred Skills

• Fluent English with good interpersonal and writing skills, plus good logical reasoning.
• Programming on microcontrollers or knowledge of other languages is preferred.
• Networking skills are an added advantage.
• Fundamental knowledge of DCS and PLC is desired.
• Willingness to relocate to Gurgaon is preferred.
