Job Summary

We are looking for a diligent and enthusiastic fresher to join our team as an RCM Customer Service Executive, covering Voice, Semi Voice and Non Voice work. This role involves working closely with healthcare providers to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement for services rendered. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail. Willingness to work in US shifts is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to healthcare providers and insurers to follow up on claims and payments.
• Investigate and resolve issues with denied or underpaid claims.
• Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions.
• Conduct pre and post call analysis and documentation, and take appropriate action to resolve tasks at first contact.
• Update account-wise customer interactions daily.
• Achieve critical performance targets.
• Ensure efficiency in line with performance targets and process guidelines.
• Identify problems and document business requirements using industry knowledge and tools.
• Follow client process workflows and HCL policy guidelines.
