Job Summary
The Engineer in Support & Operations keeps Microsoft VDI solutions and related technologies running smoothly. The role develops, maintains and improves systems to meet business needs while meeting quality and time standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Microsoft VDI solutions and RDSH configurations to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing Microsoft VDI environments, resolving issues and keeping virtual desktops performing well.
- Work with clients to gather requirements and build new features or enhancements for Touch Services and video/telepresence technologies.
- Create and maintain thorough documentation for code and processes, so future maintenance stays clear and manageable.
