Job Summary

This role supports the team in project, research and documentation activities and helps the candidate complete assigned tasks and training effectively.

HCLTech is running fresher campus hiring and onboarding for this position.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support the team on project tasks such as data collection, analysis and documentation, as directed by supervisors.
2. Research assigned topics, compile relevant information and present findings clearly and concisely to support team projects.
3. Help create, organize and update documentation, reports and presentations for team activities and projects.
4. Complete assigned training modules and take an active part in workshops to build relevant skills and knowledge.
5. Finish assigned tasks on time, follow project guidelines and ask for help or clarification when needed.
6. Review completed work for accuracy against the quality standards set by the team.
7. Work closely with team members, attend meetings, contribute ideas and keep communication clear for successful project delivery.
