About the Role
HARMAN Automotive is offering an internship program for students pursuing undergraduate or postgraduate degrees where internship is a mandatory part of the curriculum, or for graduates seeking short-term work experience.
The role provides exposure to advanced automotive and software technologies in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
What You Will Do
- Work across technology areas including Embedded RTOS, Android, C/C++, and Linux.
- Support software program development and software systems engineering activities.
- Contribute to multi-layered software stack projects involving specialized technical skills.
- Be part of a dynamic team focused on innovative and disruptive technologies.
What You Need
- BE/B.Tech in Computer Science or Electronics.
- Basic understanding of software development concepts.
- Knowledge of C++, C, and Linux.
- Interest in Android fundamentals is preferred.
- Willingness to learn software testing using debuggers, emulators, and simulators.
- Learn software release processes and software quality assurance activities.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
- Preference for working from office.
- Strong learning mindset to stay updated with automotive technology trends and engineering practices.
- Good communication and facilitation abilities.
- Apply original thinking and continuous improvement to products, systems, and processes.
Nice to Have
- Hands-on exposure to code development, debugging, and troubleshooting.
- Initiative to deliver high-quality results against defined standards.
