Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure a seamless onboarding and learning experience for both international and domestic learners, particularly for high-impact workshops
- Oversee operational efficiency, proactively resolving bottlenecks for smooth program execution
- Own and optimize key performance metrics such as show-up rates, engagement, and conversion rates, directly impacting revenue
- Analyze and report data-driven insights to inform strategy and decision-making
- Contribute to program development and execution, understanding the full funnel from marketing to revenue booking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure program success
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance program execution
What We’re Looking For:
- 0-2 years of experience in operations, program management, or a related field
- A self-starter with strong ownership over projects and the ability to drive results
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working across teams
- Experience in the Ed-Tech or E-Commerce industry is a plus
Technical Skills Required: Data Analysis, Process Optimization, Performance Metrics, Stakeholder Management, Communication, Problem-Solving, Ed-Tech Operations, E-Commerce Operations
