Graduate Trainee - Calix
Calix is looking for a passionate and driven Graduate Trainee with hands-on programming experience in the Java/J2EE stack. This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects that will enhance both your technical expertise and business understanding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Java/J2EE applications.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to enhance application performance and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team discussions.
- Assist in designing and implementing new features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing applications.
- Document code, processes, and technical solutions for future reference.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- BE/BTech in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Graduation year: 2024 or 2025.
- Proficiency in Java/J2EE stack.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to emerging technologies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good communication skills.
