Role Overview
As a Graduate Engineer Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience within the Marketing organization and other business functions as per organizational needs. You will learn the end-to-end business model, including product, investment, sales, operations, and corporate services.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in learning programs and contribute to team and individual goals.
- Engage with Invesco Connects & Business Resource Groups (BRGs).
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders globally.
- Build strong professional relationships through effective communication.
- Complete regular check-ins with Manager and Program Lead.

Academic Requirements
- B.Tech. in Computer Science, Electronics, or Information Technology (Graduating in 2026).
- No current backlogs.
- Minimum 60% or equivalent CGPA in 10th, 12th, and graduation.
Workplace Model
This is a full-time position with a hybrid work model. Employees are expected to work from the designated office at least three days a week and can work remotely for the remaining two days.
