About the Role
Greendzine Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking passionate and driven fresh graduates to join as Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET) in our Product Development team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on innovative e-mobility solutions and gain hands-on experience in modern front-end development using ReactJS.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement intuitive, visually appealing user interfaces using ReactJS.
- Apply responsive design principles for optimal performance across devices.
- Develop reusable React components and libraries.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to convert mock-ups into functional components.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Conduct thorough testing to identify and fix bugs.
- Optimize web application performance through code and performance tuning.
- Stay updated with the latest web technologies and tools.
- Participate in team meetings, code reviews, and brainstorming sessions.
- Troubleshoot and debug production issues as needed.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance applications.
- Provide cross-functional support for at least five days when required.
Requirements
- Strong technical aptitude and communication skills.
- Good problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English; multilingual skills are a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Good presentation skills and willingness to travel for business purposes.
- Knowledge of SDLC, manual software testing, Agile methodology, version control (GitHub), and responsive web design.
- Intermediate proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, and ReactJS.
Educational Qualifications
Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree with minimum 7.0 CGPA in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI/ML, or related disciplines. Freshers with up to 1 year of total experience are eligible.
Compensation & Benefits
- Training Period Compensation (First 12 Months): ₹25,000/month for bachelor's degree holders and ₹30,000/month for master's degree holders, plus performance incentives up to ₹5,000/month.
- Full-time employment opportunity upon successful completion of the training program and evaluation.
