Job Description
Global Payments Inc. is seeking motivated individuals for the role of Intern to support network operations and service continuity. As part of the team, the intern will assist in identifying and resolving network issues, collaborate with engineering teams, and contribute to ensuring a stable and responsive IT infrastructure.
This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain real-world experience and develop technical and analytical skills in a professional environment. You will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals and participate in meaningful projects that support business operations globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and report network-related problems in a timely manner
- Assist in the isolation of root causes and participate in corrective measures
- Evaluate the severity of service interruptions and determine resource needs
- Conduct technical analysis and communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues
- Collaborate with Telecommunication Engineers, LAN Administrators, RF staff, and transmission teams
- Support ongoing network maintenance and activities
Eligibility
- Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics and Communication, or related disciplines (ongoing or completed)
