Responsibilities

• Analyze key financial and business performance metrics to support decision-making.
• Develop and recommend performance improvement strategies to raise operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve process gaps affecting business performance.
• Implement and maintain performance monitoring tools, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports that highlight trends, variances, and actionable insights for senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement by finding opportunities to optimize FP&A processes and controls.
• Support departments with performance management best practices and keep them aligned with organizational goals.
