Applications are invited for the role of Management Trainee, Collections. The role focuses on collections management within the Order to Cash (OTC) process, working with SAP ERP systems and supporting activities related to invoice disputes, deductions, and customer account follow ups.

Responsibilities

  • Manage collections on past due invoices and invalid deductions within assigned portfolios through email and phone communication.
  • Respond to queries related to disputed invoices and customer accounts.
  • Research and analyze disputes or deductions within ERP systems.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to obtain supporting documents and information required for dispute resolution.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
  • Provide daily reporting of assigned portfolios to track outstanding balances and past dues.
  • Implement collection strategies to reduce overdue accounts and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Handle ad hoc requests and collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Deliver customer service by researching and responding to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Escalate issues to senior staff or management when necessary.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Any graduate degree.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High energy level and ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Good customer handling abilities.
  • Exposure to OTC processes and SAP ERP systems, especially collections management.
