Technology Analyst Program (TAP)
The Fiserv Technology Analyst Program is a two year early career development program designed to help graduates grow within the fintech industry. Through two structured assignments within a chosen technology track, analysts gain practical experience, develop technical capabilities, and collaborate with teams to address real business challenges.
The program provides formal training, mentorship, and opportunities to interact with senior leadership. Participants gain exposure to enterprise technology environments while building a strong foundation for long term careers at Fiserv.
Responsibilities
- Work with cross functional teams to design, develop, and implement technology solutions.
- Assist with application development, testing, and deployment tasks.
- Analyze business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Support innovation initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
- Contribute to platform level technology initiatives.
What You Will Do
- Participate in real world projects related to software development, testing, and automation.
- Gain exposure to technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, SQL, and API testing.
- Work within Agile development environments and learn industry best practices.
- Create technical documentation and assist with system integration work.
- Take part in learning sessions and mentorship programs designed to accelerate professional growth.
Basic Qualifications
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field such as Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Minimum 8.0 CGPA with no active backlogs.
- Strong analytical and problem solving ability.
- Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
- Basic understanding of AI or ML concepts, including algorithms, data handling, or use of AI powered tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, .NET, C, C++, C#, or COBOL.
- Experience with Python, R, SQL, or T-SQL and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Familiarity with Selenium, API testing, and frameworks such as MSTest or NUnit.
- Understanding of Test Driven Development (TDD) and common software testing practices.
- Exposure to cloud platforms and modern software development practices.
- Relevant certifications or internship experience are considered an advantage.
