Within financial due diligence, you will focus on providing strategic advice and business diligence services to clients in their mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. You will analyze financial information, focusing on quality of earnings and assets, cash flows, and other key client deal issues.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage projects of medium to large complexity.
- Exhibit strong business acumen and analytical skills, with solid audit-related skills.
- Adept at identifying issues for purchase price adjustments, working capital, and debt-like adjustments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Independently write deliverables and articulate points of view.
- Ability to build strong internal connections within the organization.
- Technically sound in Indian GAAP / Indian Accounting standards.
- Proficient in Excel and familiar with data and analytics tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, Power Pivot, Tableau, etc.
- Exhibit the highest level of integrity.
