The Opportunity

This Consultant role sits in the National team, which brings together sector agnostic teams working across industries.

TAX - GCR - Global Compliance & Reporting

Globally coordinated tax professionals offer connected services across all tax disciplines to help clients handle rapid change. The team helps companies understand tax policies and laws across governments and plan and comply accordingly. It uses transformative technologies to deliver strategy and execution, from tax and regulatory obligations to operations and workforce management.

Competencies include Business Tax Services, Global Compliance and Reporting, Global Law, Indirect Tax, International Tax and Transaction Services.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Build a strong understanding of Direct Tax Laws, including TDS provisions and related compliance requirements.
• Stay on top of direct tax compliance due dates, statutory filing timelines and end-to-end compliance execution.
• Apply accounting knowledge with hands-on exposure to ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle.
• Use automation tools and GenAI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini to improve compliance efficiency and delivery timelines.
• Manage client deliverables and coordinate with client and BU teams to support accurate compliance reporting.
