The Opportunity

As a key player in International Tax engagements, particularly within the Singapore tax jurisdiction, your main goal is to analyse information carefully and design effective strategies for clients' tax needs. Excellence and commitment to quality are expected in everything you do, including managing client service teams and contributing to shared goals.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Developing and delivering International Tax engagements (for example, addressing permanent establishment risks, fund tax structuring and tax compliance) within the Australia tax jurisdiction, with timely and responsive services and work products
• Supporting seniors in business development initiatives
• Identifying process efficiencies and working smoothly on engagements with local teams
• Building strong internal relationships within the team and across other services
• Seeking continuous performance feedback from seniors and working on suggested development areas
• Following practice protocol and other internal processes consistently
• Assisting in preparing material for tax technical trainings

Skills and Attributes for Success

• Demonstrating an understanding of the basics of international tax concepts and applying them to the required work
• Strong writing, research, analytical, communication and presentation skills
• Showing inclusive behaviour in interactions with internal and external stakeholders

• Setting a strategy for how work is assigned and performed under the guidance of the reporting manager
