As a Claims Specialist, you will handle time sensitive requests and work with a sense of urgency, providing technical, administrative and clerical support to all business unit adjusters as assigned.

You will request, gather and coordinate data and information, prepare summary reports, track and maintain records, and coordinate department administration with other areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Pivot quickly and focus on urgent requests.
• Process file copy requests.
• Match and assign correct claim numbers, and issue demands or deductibles.
• Type handwritten contents from insureds into CCC for issuing deductibles.
• Manage incoming requests.
• Upload documents to claims.
• Interact with claim adjusters on claims as required.
• Research and issue correct deductibles or demands to customers on claims as relevant.
• Set up and assign respondent arbitration.
• Perform other administrative activities as assigned.
