Overview

Candidates need working knowledge of HTML, XML and CSS. Strong written and verbal communication, the ability to work well in a team with a positive attitude, computer literacy and good keyboard skills are expected.

The role also calls for the ability to multitask and set priorities across work schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain individual quality and operational stats.
• Meet delivery timelines set by clients.
• Work as a team player with an eye for detail, flagging issues and checking completed work in real time.
• Manage daily capacity to deliver the numbers and reports required each day.
• Multitask and manage tasks by priority.
• Use MS Office applications fluently to manage files and trackers.
• Take on ad hoc tasks as needed.
• Keep to schedule and follow company policies and procedures.

Additional Duties

• Amend styles where they reflect incorrectly.
• Coordinate with different teams to get tasks completed.
• Handle additional ad hoc tasks.
• Communicate with brands on a day-to-day basis.
• Complete daily set targets.
• Prepare monthly reports.
