Overview
Role Summary:
As a Software Engineer Trainee, you will be responsible for coding, testing, and debugging applications with the assistance of AI tools such as Google Gemini Code Assist and GitHub Copilot. You will work across technologies, solving complex business challenges while processing large volumes of data efficiently.
What You’ll Do:
- Design, implement, and maintain Java-based applications for high-volume, low-latency performance.
- Identify automation opportunities and enhance code using AI/ML technologies.
- Contribute to all stages of the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with the business team to develop new features and troubleshoot issues.
- Maintain and improve existing projects and ensure compliance with project timelines and quality standards.
- Conduct detailed analysis of client requirements and define business objectives.
- Propose and implement changes to Java infrastructure and develop technical designs.
- Write well-designed, testable code and document development processes.
- Use modern tools for debugging, testing, and DevOps tasks.
Required Qualifications:
- Education:
- B.Tech/B.E. in any specialization, M.Tech in any specialization, or MCA in Computers with 60%+ marks or equivalent CGPA.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Data Structures.
- Proficiency in Java, SQL, NoSQL, and Spring Boot.
- Knowledge of concurrency, parallelism, collections, and cloud services.
- Experience with tools like Google Gemini, GitHub Copilot, Hibernate, JPA, and DevOps tools is an advantage.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
