Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and monitoring of IT systems.
- Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate IT-related incidents.
- Implement machine modifications to improve system performance.
- Evaluate vendor proposals for hardware procurement.
- Direct and maintain records on production, system malfunctions, and maintenance.
- Analyze system performance and recommend improvements.
- Contribute to planning organizational workflows, procedures, and methods.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Less than 2 years in Information Technology or related field
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related discipline
- Eligible Batch: 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 graduates
