What you'll do

You will work as an individual contributor and as part of the Quality CoE within the Global Supply Chain Center of Excellence in Pune, mainly alongside the Business Quality team on supplier quality workstreams and projects.

• Work closely with Eaton sites and suppliers on supplier quality topics
• Support SSA, PPAP, DMR and QSDM topics
• Assist with data analysis and business growth across supplier quality processes
• Show willingness to learn and adapt quickly

Skills and Expectations

• Good communication when interacting with internal and external customers, plus negotiation skills
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Time management and prioritization skills
• Ability to work unsupervised and make decisions
• Readiness to work in any shift
• Fluent spoken and written English, good collaboration skills, and the ability to manage a variety of cross-functional team members
• A flexible attitude, willingness to learn new skills, and a self-directed, self-motivated approach
