Job Description
The Full Stack Engineer works as part of the DWS Technology team and collaborates with multiple business groups across the organization, including Global Client Group, Trading, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and several technology and operations teams worldwide.
The role focuses on developing and implementing client reporting change requests within the solutions reporting area while supporting ongoing improvements to reporting platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with front office and middle office teams to understand business challenges and convert them into business and functional requirement specifications.
- Create and maintain project artifacts such as test cases and project plans.
- Work with development teams, architects, and data management teams to design and deliver technology solutions with strong quality, flexibility, and scalability.
- Analyze and document current system processes and workflows to provide visibility into system complexity and data dependencies.
- Coordinate and document change requests from requirement through implementation.
- Partner with the Client Reporting team to analyze and develop new client reports.
- Conduct system testing, coordinate end-user testing, and support rollout activities.
Skills and Experience
- Hands-on experience with SQL, XML, JSON, and complex technical or data architectures.
- Programming experience using languages such as Python, VBA, .NET, or C#.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Visio.
- Background in data analysis and familiarity with the asset management domain.
- Understanding of SDLC processes and Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of trading concepts, portfolio management, asset classes, fixed income, and equities.
- Experience creating business analyst deliverables including business requirements, functional specifications, workflow diagrams, documentation, and functional test plans.
