About Us
Raj Master Impex is a men's shirt wholesale manufacturer and supplier. We create casual and formal shirts for retailers across India and are looking to grow our brand through Instagram and digital content.
Job Responsibilities
- Create 2–3 Instagram Reels daily.
- Shoot product videos and behind-the-scenes content.
- Edit viral, high-retention Reels.
- Stay updated with Instagram trends and adapt them for our business.
- Design reel covers, stories, and posts.
- Write engaging captions and hashtags.
- Plan monthly content calendars.
- Reply to Instagram DMs and comments when required.
- Generate wholesale leads through social media.
Skills Required
- Experience with CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro or similar editing software.
- Basic graphic design (Canva/Photoshop).
- Good understanding of Instagram algorithm and trends.
- Creative storytelling and hook creation.
- Camera handling using smartphone.
- Knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT and ElevenLabs is a plus.
Performance Goals
- 60+ Reels per month.
- Increase Instagram followers and engagement.
- Generate qualified wholesale inquiries through Instagram.
- Build MORE Shirts into a recognized men's shirt brand.
Salary
₹12,000–₹20,000 per month (Based on Skills & Experience)
Bonus
Performance incentives based on:
- Viral reels
- Qualified wholesale leads
- Growth in followers and engagement
