HR Intern, Global
DHL is looking for a motivated and detail-focused HR Data Analytics Intern to support the HR team with data analytics initiatives. This internship offers exposure to HR analytics with work related to talent acquisition metrics, data visualization, and automation projects. The intern will work under the guidance of the HR Manager and collaborate with team members to analyze information, generate insights, and assist with data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Analytics
- Assist in collecting and organizing recruitment-related data.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to visualize recruitment performance.
- Support analysis of recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of talent acquisition activities together with local HR representatives.
Digitalization and Automation Projects
- Help document current workflows and support the design of workflow management or automated solutions.
- Participate in testing and evaluation of tools and software used in HR processes.
Data Management and Reporting
- Maintain and update HR data systems to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for HR leadership and stakeholders.
- Provide analytical insights to support HR Manager decisions based on data.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Fresh graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field. Engineering students interested in HR are also eligible.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI is an advantage.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Available to intern from July 2026 for a minimum of six months and up to one year.
