Key Responsibilities

Desired Competencies
- Ability to analyse business problems and deliver technically advanced solutions.

- Strong foundation in Algorithms, Data Structures, and OOP concepts.
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming, preferably Java.
- Experience with modern technologies such as Microservices, Angular, React.
- Knowledge of Applied Mathematics, AI, NLP, and Machine Learning algorithms.
- Excellent global communication skills and collaborative attitude.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Participation in programming competitions like TopCoder or HackerRank.
- Certifications from reputed development communities (e.g., Google Developer, Microsoft Certified Solution Developer).
- Experience in hackathons or open-source contributions.
- Exposure to emerging technologies like IoT, Deep Learning, and Blockchain.

- Identify, escalate, and resolve risk, conduct, and compliance matters effectively.
