Role Overview
The Developer L1 role focuses on designing, testing, and maintaining software programs for operating systems or applications deployed at client locations, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirement Analysis & Design: Understand product/software requirements, study systems flow, data usage, and work processes to develop feasible designs.
- Software Development: Perform coding, modify software to fix errors, adapt to new hardware, improve performance, and upgrade interfaces.
- Testing & Validation: Create and execute test cases, automate validation processes, and ensure bug-free code.
- System Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance system performance and availability.
- Collaboration: Work with functional teams, systems analysts, and project managers to refine software capabilities.
- Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation, reports, and flowcharts for software solutions.
- Customer Interaction: Maintain high-quality communication, respond promptly to client requests, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Performance Metrics
- Continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring with zero errors.
- On-time delivery and high customer satisfaction scores.
- Accurate and timely MIS/report generation.
Mandatory Skills
- Microsoft Dynamics365 Cloud Administration
