Job Description

This 12 month apprenticeship is offered under India's National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS). The program provides practical, on the job exposure within Deutsche Bank. Completion of the apprenticeship does not guarantee permanent employment with the Deutsche Bank Group.

Role Description

The position is a 12 month apprenticeship within the Investment Bank (IB) division, supporting the Business Management and Control function.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support to COOs and the Business Management community to assist with planning and executing business strategies.
• Prepare presentations and support projects related to vendor reviews, cost allocation programs, business analysis, and process improvements.
• Assist with ongoing operational tasks including vendor management, invoice processing, market data services, organizational chart management, and business continuity procedures.
• Raise, approve, and review seating requests, system access, business drives, SharePoint permissions, and other business applications for employees.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new joiners, internal movers, and manage offboarding processes for departing employees.
• Support non financial risk initiatives and governance reporting such as risk and control assessments, event logging, reporting activities, monitoring key risk indicators, testing key controls, and managing audit findings.
• Provide technological assistance to automate, streamline, or migrate operational processes where possible.

Your Skills and Experience

• Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to analyze information and present insights clearly.
• Strong computer proficiency with advanced use of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word preferred.
• Comfortable collaborating across teams and communicating with different stakeholders.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from an accredited college or university.
