Job Description

Job Title: TFL – Trade NCT

This role is part of the Trade Finance Operations team, which manages products such as Letters of Credit, Collections, and Bank Guarantees. The position offers opportunities to learn across different trade finance processes depending on your interest and ability to expand your knowledge. Subject matter experts provide guidance and training to support continuous learning within trade operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily processing of trade products including Collections, Letters of Credit, and Bank Guarantees within the trade operations delivery hub.
  • Meet defined customer service level agreements and monitor outstanding transactions.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, operational manuals, and regulatory or audit requirements.
  • Work closely with branch operations and sales teams to maintain effective operational partnerships.

Skills and Experience

  • Understanding of trade finance rules and guidelines issued by ICC, including ICC, UCP, and URC.
  • Knowledge of legal, credit, and operational risks related to trade finance products and services.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.
  • Willingness to work late night shifts if required.
