Key Responsibilities

• Process daily trade finance transactions including Collections, Letters of Credit, and Bank Guarantees within the trade operations delivery hub.
• Ensure transactions meet defined customer service level agreements and review outstanding items.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies, operational manuals, and regulatory or audit requirements.
• Work closely with branch operations and sales teams to support efficient trade finance services.

Skills and Experience

• Understanding of trade finance rules and guidelines issued by the International Chamber of Commerce such as ICC, UCP, and URC.
• Knowledge of legal, credit, and operational risk considerations related to trade products and services.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Willingness to work in late night shifts when required.
