Job Description
Divisional Control Office (DCO) supports the business by developing, implementing and maintaining a risk framework that promotes a sustainable control environment while minimizing non-financial risks.
The role involves supporting the creation, execution and monitoring of controls across different risk areas. You will collaborate with senior team members and stakeholders to understand business requirements and assist in automating control execution using the team’s technology stack.

Key Responsibilities
- Work with control owners to understand problem statements and requirements
- Assist in designing and maintaining workflows using Power Automate under senior guidance
- Develop expressions to improve workflow efficiency
- Support data handling, transformation and storage using SharePoint Lists or Dataverse
- Create and maintain Power Apps interfaces and support integration with Power Automate
- Monitor day-to-day system operations and track issues within the control framework
- Document environments and processes for audit and EUDA purposes
- Perform testing, reconciliation and troubleshooting of Power Platform solutions before release
- Maintain trackers, logs and supporting evidence for governance and audit readiness
Skills and Experience
- Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities
- Ability to translate business problems into clear requirements and support solution discussions
- 0-2 years of experience or practical exposure to Power Platform, especially Power Automate and Power Apps
- PL-900 certification or willingness to complete Power Platform certifications is preferred
- Good understanding of Excel, including formulas, PivotTables and basic Power Query
- Basic understanding of HTML, SQL and BI tools such as Tableau is desirable
- Exposure to investment banking and non-financial risk concepts is advantageous
- Ability to work collaboratively with business, control and technology teams
